For a period of twenty-four months from the date the job is signed off. American All Star Painting warrants against peeling and blistering due to defective workmanship. For the warranty to be affective, you the customer, must:

1.  Pay the full contract price.
2.  Complete the client satisfaction and crew evaluation form.
3.  Retain a copy of the original contract.
4.  Contact the American All Star Painting office you contracted to do the work.

Under these conditions American All Star Painting agrees to:

1.  Perform labor and needed repairs directly related to defective workmanship by painting contractor.
2.  Perform any covered repairs to the level surface preparation specified on the contract.
3.  Perform covered repairs only on the specified areas peeling or blistering has occurred.

The following is not warranted unless the area is specifically identified, inspected and initiated by an authorized American All Star Painting representative:

a)  Moisture damage
b)  Wooden gutters, painted or stained
c)  Client supplied paints
d) Exterior varnished surfaces
e)  Galvanized metals
f)   Bleeding knots, rust or cedar
g)  Peeling of previous paint layers
h)  Cracks in plaster or dry walls
I)  Any horizontal surface

Warranty does not cover:

a)  Cost of paint. Contact the manufacturer for their warranty.
b)  Mildew, which is environmentally reoccurring. 
c)  Failure, due to structural or design condition.
d)  Paint match. Paint will be matched as closely as possible. Any repairs over a year may not be exact.
e)  Rotten wood should be replaced
f)  Weather worn, exposed and untreated wood.
